The professional
B+W images have been copyright protected by Fireball Holdings (in conjunction
with World Models) since they were taken by a World Models Photographer
in August 1998. They are not to be used for any purpose whatsoever without
the knowledge and consent of the copyright owner, Fireball Holdings.
It has been
brought to our attenion, on more than one occasion, that some or all of
these images are being used by others who like to think they look like
Phorse. Besides being illegal and immoral, it is misleading to the recipients.

We have the original
Photo CD of the high resolution images [each TIFF image is over 8MB].
-
We have the majority
of the original first [and only] print composite cards, printed in West
End, Brisbane, which these photos were printed on.

We have the proof
sheets the photos came off.
-
We have the one
and only Phorse himself running the company.
No one else has
legal access to these images save a few friends and World Models, in Brisbane,
Qld, Australia.
So if you have
received these pictures at any time and the sender says that they are their
own, you know they are lying, and that we can prove it.

colour photo shoot was also conducted by another photographer, who transferred
all copyrights to the photos to Phorse/Fireball Holdings. The colour

before been published in any form, so once again, if you have seen them,
it has been without legal consent.
NB: All of the
professional photos are now obviously out of date, however the only change
is the hair. It is being grown again, and is currently around shoulder
length. Up to date photos are in the amateur section:
